Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a consultant as an external collaborator to carry out the final internal evaluation of the Green Jobs for Youth project in the face of the refugee crisis in the north of the Coast d'Ivoire, financed by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. a person to do a job. Below is a summary of the tasks to be completed: The evaluation will assess the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and the sustainability of the project. It will focus on interventions related to the introduction of biochar technology and efforts to improve the livelihoods of target groups. The evaluator will apply a mixed approach, including reviews documentaries, stakeholder interviews, focus groups and data analysis. It will generate lessons learned and recommendations to guide future programs and strengthen accountability and visibility of the development cooperation.
