Dear tenderer, the International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for an outdoor employee to integrate just transition principles into the CDN 3.0.The consultant will have the mission: to examine the policies, programs and relevant projects, from the CDN 2.0 and its framework of application, to identify the entry points of the right transition. Collaborate with the AEDD and the Pays de l'OLO office in order to collect data, prospects and recommendations of tripartite constituents. Reduct an initial report including an work plan based on cartography and activities Planned. Take the Tipartite interns by bilateral consultations and discussion groups to integrate their contributions into the CDN 3.0 and the associated frameworks. Developing concrete recommendations from documentary analysis, research and exchanges, in order to strengthen the dimension social of climatic strategies. Party at validation meetings with the AEDD, ILO and the CDN writing team to finalize and transmit recommendations. Take technical support and written contributions to the ILO Pays Office to support the integration of the transition Just in the revision of the CDN 3.0.It a draft text reflecting the recommendations and aligned with the national priorities in terms of climate and development.
