Dear tenderer, the International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to work as an outdoor employee. You will find below a summary of the work to be done: under the supervision of the regional specialist for the principles and fundamental rights at work, the Consultant will be responsible for developing a conceptual note of project aimed at supporting the implementation of the action plan for improving compliance with the ESS2 standard of the World Bank in Cote d'Ivoire. The consultant will successively make: • A documentary review of reference texts • Targeted interviews with key institutions • The drafting of the conceptual note • The construction of a change theory and a logical framework • An estimated budget • An implementation strategy specifying the roles of the actors • A PowerPoint presentation note • and the integration of returns from Bit in the final mission deliverables, lasting 10 working days, will take place in Abidjan. It aims to position the ILO as a key technical partner in the implementation of social backgrounds of investment projects, in connection with the global coalition for social justice.
