Description:
UNESCO in the name of all agencies of the United Nations System in Cote d'Ivoire wishes to conclude long -term agreements (LTA) with one or more suppliers for services related to the rental of conference, catering and accommodation rooms. The services required as part of these Long -term agreements are: • Rental of conference/meeting rooms with catering service (catering) as well as accommodation for hotels and event centers; the required services are divided into 3 categories depending on the city as follows: each category is subdivided into section in section function of the required services defined by UNESCO in the name of the agencies of the United Nations System in Cote d'Ivoire. For the aforementioned services, three (3) categories are considered in the present call for tenders by UNESCO in the name of all agencies of the United Nations System in Cote Ivory. These are: • Category 1: Event center or hotel of 2 to 3 stars; • Category 2: Event center or 4-star hotel; • Category 3: event center or 5-star hotel and more.
