UNESCO on behalf of all agencies of the United Nations System in Côte d'Ivoire wishes to conclude Long Term Agreements (LTA) with one or more suppliers for services related to the rental of conference rooms, catering and accommodationThe services required under these long-term agreements are: Rental of conference/meeting rooms with catering (catering) as well as accommodation for hotels and event centers;The required services are distributed into 3 categories depending on the city as follows: Each category is subdivided into sections according to the required services defined by UNESCO on behalf of the agencies of the United Nations System in Côte d'Ivoire. For the above-mentioned services, three (3) categories are considered in this call for tenders by UNESCO on behalf of all agencies of the United Nations System in Côte d'Ivoire. These are: Category 1: Event center or 2 to 3 star hotel; Category 2: Event center or Hotel for 4 stars; Category 3: Event center or Hotel of 5 stars and above. Long-term agreements will be signed by category in each location mentioned below.
