Description:
The general objective of this study is to determine the actual level of the costs of the various positions of the scale taking into account the fixing constraint of a minimum price equal field, at least 60% of the price CAF for the production of early sales . Specifically, it will be. Specifically, it will be a question of: defining a robust and consensual methodology of analysis of the cost posts of the scale in adequacy with the accounting principles; identifying in an analytical way, the cost levels exposed for each post of the scale, by segment and by category of operators; define an average scale acceptable by all operators in the sector; highlight the factors with influence on the different cost levels (the parameters and criteria for updating each position); propose; A strategy to update cost posts of the scale taking into account the structural and cyclical parameters faced by the sector.
