Description:
The services provided for this contract consist in supporting the CNP-PPP in the development of a national PPP development strategy which will have to be subject to the government for adoption this strategy will have to line up in a coherent way with the national priorities set out by the government, in particular in the PND 2021-2025 and in the "2030" vision of a Solidarity Côte d'Ivoire. Specifically it will be a question of: establishing an assessment of the implementation of PPPs since the creation by decree of the CNP-PPP in December 2012 including the mode of instruction of projects by the CNP-PPP at each stage of their life cycle; propose axes of improvement and strengthening of the institutional and regulatory framework of PPPs; accelerating the development of PPP in the medium and long term.
