The Republic of Côte d'Ivoire has made a request for financing to the African Development Bank group through the loan of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) in order to cover the cost of the integrated development and adaptation program to Climate change in the Niger Basin (PIDACC/BN), Côte d'Ivoire component and intends to use part of the sums granted for this loan to finance the contract relating to "recruitment of an individual consultant charged the development of hydro agricultural and pastoral infrastructure management methods of PIDACC/BN Côte d'Ivoire component ”.
