- The objective of the mission is to assess the impact of the research funding strategy and agricultural advice through an assessment of components, generation and technology transfer processes as well as additional projects for its program sustainable development of the sector. More specifically, it will be a question of: measuring the development results and the current or potential impacts of the programs by complying with the most relevant indicators. Analyze the impact of the strategy of mobilization of resources and financing on the level of achievement Objectives of the programs of each phase from 2008 to 2023; analyze the impact of agricultural and agronomic research consultancy activities on the key indicators for the development of the sector, namely, the performance of farms, the efficiency of operators, 'Adoption of technologies, the effectiveness of the agronomic research system to provide sustainable solutions to the agronomic issues of the sector; analyze the institutional framework for implementing agricultural and research advice programs for each phase from 2012 to 2022.
