Description:
The services provided for this mission consist in carrying out, on behalf of the coordination team of 2PAI-BELIER, a study of developing a business-plan of the exploitation of the agro-parc, accompanied by a financial model, a viable management mechanism of the agro-parc of 39 ha, of a legal and tax status adapted to the needs, the need to associate the key chains of targeted and facilitate access to SMEs to agro-parc on the one hand. It will also be a question of identifying and designing the remaining additional works. Specifically, the mission of consultants will consist of: OS 1: Identifying the additional required needs for shared commercial infrastructure, making it the summary design and cost estimate (storage/ packaging warehouses, logistics platforms, laboratories, etc.); OS 2: Make a fast market study for targeted sectors (corn, vegetables and fruits, pork, pork Fish, etc.), conduct the financial, economical analysis for a good competitive positioning of the agro-parc, develop the business plan and the financial model (with a good structuring ...
