Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Cote Divoire-Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative (We-Fi) Increasing Access to Markets and Finance for Women-Led Cooperatives and Enterprises. Analyze and make recommendations for financial education delivery mechanism and content best suited for the target WSMEs. Based on the analytical work already conducted under the project and on other relevant industry data sources, the firm will make recommendations for optimal financial education delivery mechanism (that is, classroom training, multimedia presentation, individual consulting, and so on) and module content, including expected outcomes of education (that is, increased awareness of financial products, increased savings, improved accounting and budgeting and access to credit). This will be based on (i) local and international best practices on financial education delivery mechanisms; (ii) qualitative research on the financial capabilities and needs of target populations; (iii) appropriate contextualization of the materials for the local population. Qualification Criteria · 1. Provide Information Showing that They are Qualified in the Field of the Assignment. · 2. Provide Information on the Technical and Managerial Capabilities of the Firm. · 3. Provide Information on Their Core Business and Years in Business. · 4. Provide Information on the Qualifications of Key Staff. D. Deliverables. The table below outlines the consultants specific deliverables. Upon signing of the contract, the selected firm will be expected to begin work immediately to meet the deadlines indicated for the specified projects below. Deliverables Month Payment Outputs DELIVERABLE 1: Report detailing analysis of and recommendations for financial education delivery mechanism(s) and content 1 10% DELIVERABLE 2: 5 financial education modules for each topic (as agreed in the first deliverable) in French and to local languages: Total estimated duration per module: 12 training hours 1 20% DELIVERABLE 3: Financial education training of trainers (ToT) course and implementation of a ToT workshops for stakeholders; pilot test of modules with one group of beneficiaries 2 10% DELIVERABLE 4: Pilot assessment report and enhanced content for the modules (based on the results of the pilot assessment report) 2 10% DELIVERABLE 5: Financial education training roll out 3 30% DELIVERABLE 6: Final report 4 20%
