Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Cabinet of Architects, or a Grouping of Design Offices and Cabinet of Architects for the Project Management of the Construction Works of the Court of Appeal of Bouake (Architectural and Technical Studies, Monitoring and Control of Works) 2.1 Main objective of the mission The main objective of the Consultant's mission is to ensure, on behalf of the contracting authority (MOA), the basic project management mission for the construction of the Court of Appeal. of Bouake. 2.2 Specific objectives The mission has the following specific objectives: i) Based on the existing plans of the Court of Appeal of Daloa, updating of the architectural and technical studies of the project in relation to the site; ii) Prepare the environmental and social impact study of the project, on the basis of the environmental and social impact study (ESIA) and the summary environmental and social management plan (ESMP) provided by the contracting authority iii) Carry out the energy efficiency study of the building; iv) Assist the contracting authority in the award of works contracts; v) Target studies carried out by companies; vi) Direct and control the execution of the works; vii) Ensuring the SSI mission (Fire Safety System) viii) Assisting the contracting authority in acceptance operations and during the period of the perfect completion guarantee.
