This project aims to expand Nigeria's fiber backbone from 35,000 km to 125,000 km, addressing infrastructure shortfalls and extending coverage to underserved areas. The consultant will ensure that study results meet expectations, facilitate dissemination to partners and investors, and support the design of flagship initiatives. The consultant will also assist in reporting to the Government of Nigeria and engage with development partners and private sector actors.
